For sale is a 1989 Avondale two berth well maintained, lovely dry 6.02 metre long 2.16 wide caravan with as new. little used clean and roomy awning. The caravan is in good waxed condition and has many features including fridge, oven, hotplate, sink/drainer, heater, zig unit, status aerial. The toilet area has a cassette flush system, shower with curtain, handbasin with mirror. The layout of the caravan has seating/bedding at the front with cooking and toilet compartment at the back, a wardrobe in the middle one side and cupboards with work space above on the other. The caravan has plenty of storage in the form of cupboards, a set of drawers that adapt into a table and it is very comfortable with plump velour type cushions which are very clean and well maintained. The floor is part carpeted with cushion floor to the kitchen area and the curtains are beige sprigged material. There is a set of entrance steps, an electric hook up lead, water and waste container. It is fitted with virtually new tyres, an unused spare tyre.
